Viewing Item Data

Note: In order to reach this page, the role of the logged-in user must include the Items feature.

At the Manage Items page, item data is retrieved and displayed. All items in the system may be viewed from this page. Up to 50 records at a time may be displayed on the page. To reach the Manage Items page, select Manage > Items from the navigation pane.

The Manage Items page appears.

The following information is shown for each item:

• Item Number
• Description
• Alternate Number
• Manufacturer
• Model
• Category

Filter Options

The Manage Items page contains a filter row. This means that you have many options to filter the data at this page; see "Filtering Page Data" for more information.

Page Size

You may select the amount of records to view per page.

• 10: Select 10 from the Page Size options to view 10 records per page.
• 20: Select 20 from the Page Size options to view 20 records per page.
• 50: Select 50 from the Page Size options to view 50 records per page.
